The main objective of the workshop was to acquaint new partners on the financial policy of AWO International and to address the problems and issues faced by existing partners. Similarly, focus was given on building a common and uniform understanding about financial policy, cross-sharing and learning  of financial rules and regulations among participants and clarity in case of any differences and ambiguity. The methodology of the orientation was Power Point presentation, practical exercises and group discussion. The participants actively took part in all sessions, showed eagerness to learn new formats and openly shared their views. Especially the exchange between old and new partner organisations was fruitful since partners were able to discuss technical problems and possible solutions based on their experience.
